Faculty of Pharmacy Honors Outstanding Student Research Projects for the 2023–2024 Academic Year
On December 2, 2024, the Faculty of Pharmacy held the Student Scientific Research Awards Ceremony for the 2023–2024 academic year.
Contributing to the achievements of the Faculty of Pharmacy in particular and Ton Duc Thang University in general in education, training, and scientific research, student scientific research is considered one of the most effective approaches for helping students gain access to new knowledge related to their fields of study. It promotes students’ initiative, creativity, and independent research capabilities; creates a scientific and academically stimulating environment; fosters healthy competition in learning; and provides a valuable platform for academic exchange. Moreover, student research activities help identify and nurture young research talents, thereby supporting the development of future scientists and contributing practical solutions to real-world challenges.
During the 2023–2024 academic year, the Faculty of Pharmacy actively promoted student research activities in line with the University's initiatives and achieved encouraging results. A total of 33 research projects involving 71 students were successfully conducted.
According to the University's Decision on the Recognition and Reward of Student Scientific Research Projects for the 2023–2024 academic year, all 33 projects were selected for University-level awards following multiple rounds of evaluation and assessment. The awards included:
