TDTU FACULTY OF PHARMACY SIGNS MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING WITH FPT LONG CHAU PHARMACEUTICAL JOINT STOCK COMPANY AND ORGANIZES “LC CAREER COMPASS” WORKSHOP
On the morning of August 7, 2026, the Faculty of Pharmacy, Ton Duc Thang University, organized the Faculty-level Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) Signing Ceremony with FPT Long Chau Pharmaceutical Joint Stock Company, together with the Workshop “LC Career Compass – Pharmacists of the New Era: Creating Value in the Healthcare Ecosystem.”
The program marked an important step forward in the partnership between the Faculty of Pharmacy, Ton Duc Thang University, and FPT Long Chau Pharmaceutical Joint Stock Company, opening up practical opportunities for collaboration in education, human resource development, industry engagement, and career orientation for Pharmacy students.
Through the MoU, the two organizations aim to strengthen collaboration in education and workforce development while creating opportunities for students to engage with industry, enhance professional competencies, and gain a deeper understanding of the practical requirements of the pharmaceutical labor market.
As part of the program, the “LC Career Compass” Workshop provided students with practical perspectives on the role of pharmacists within the healthcare ecosystem, emerging industry trends, evolving labor market expectations, and the competencies required of pharmacists in a rapidly changing healthcare environment.
Representing FPT Long Chau Pharmaceutical Joint Stock Company were:
- Mr. Nguyen Tan Vy – Human Resources Director, FPT Long Chau;
- MSc. Nguyen Trieu Duong Quang – Head of Talent Acquisition;
- Ms. Nguyen Ngoc Anh Thu – Talent Acquisition Team Leader;
- Pharmacist Tu Ngoc Huynh Tram – 4T Healthcare Specialist at FPT Long Chau and an alumna of the Faculty of Pharmacy, Ton Duc Thang University, Class of 2019.
Representing the Faculty of Pharmacy, Ton Duc Thang University was Dr. Pharm. Le Quoc Viet – Vice Dean of the Faculty of Pharmacy, together with faculty members, staff, lecturers, and a large number of Pharmacy students.
With the active participation of industry partners and students, the program provided an open platform for dialogue and exchange, connecting academic knowledge with real-world professional practice. It also offered students opportunities to broaden their perspectives, understand current industry expectations, and proactively prepare for their future career development.
