Reflecting on the Memorable Moments of the "EXCHANGE COURSE: Let's go to TDTU 2024" Program
The Faculty of Pharmacy at Ton Duc Thang University (TDTU) proudly welcomed international lecturers and students from Faculty of Pharmacy-Hasanuddin University (Indonesia), Faculty of Health Sciences-Almarisah Madani University (Indonesia), and Faculty of Health Sciences and Biotechnology-Puthisastra University (Cambodia) to the academic exchange program "EXCHANGE COURSE: Let's go to TDTU 2024". The program took place from December 20, 2024, to January 19, 2025. It was not only an academic exchange but also a cultural bridge for students
From December 20, 2024, to January 09, 2025, lecturers and students from three universities participated in online academic exchange sessions. These sessions offered not only academic knowledge but also valuable insights into the culture, customs, and diversity nature.
During the onsite session on January 10-19, 2025 International student groups visited TDTU's Tan Phong and Bao Loc campuses, participating in a series of engaging activities. On the first day, they were warmly welcomed with opening remarks, followed by a tour of the TDTU campus and exploring Ho Chi Minh City. In the subsequent days, academic activities were held at the Tan Phong and Bao Loc campuses. Students visited An Thien Pharmaceutical Company, and the activity of making lucky money envelopes for the Lunar New Year left a deep impression.
Besides academic activities, the highlight event was the cultural exchange "Cultural Bridge: The Rhythms of Spring," where international and Vietnamese students performed and shared their unique cultures. The lively atmosphere, filled with music and the vibrant colors of spring, brought together students from diverse cultures.
The journey concluded with days spent visiting the Bảo Lộc facility and exploring Lâm Đồng province from January 16 to 18, 2025. As laughter and beautiful memories filled these days, the farewell to TDTU on January 19, 2025, was not only tinged with regret but also carried a hopeful promise of reunions in the years to come.
Looking ahead, the Faculty of Pharmacy at TDTU aims to strengthen cooperation with partner universities in organizing international exchange events. "We hope that the 'EXCHANGE COURSE: Let's go to TDTU' program in the coming years will continue to attract participation from many regional and international universities. We aspire for the program to be a forum for knowledge exchange and a cultural bridge between students and lecturers worldwide," shared a representative from the Faculty of Pharmacy, TDTU.
