The 2023-2024 Student Scientific Research Awards Ceremony
On December 2, 2024, the Faculty of Pharmacy held the 2023-2024 Student Scientific Research Awards Ceremony.
Contributing to the overall achievements in education, training, and scientific research (SR) of the Faculty of Pharmacy and Ton Duc Thang University, student scientific research activities are regarded as one of the primary methods to enable students to quickly access new knowledge related to their fields of study. These activities promote dynamism, creativity, and independent research capabilities, foster a scientific and competitive academic environment, and serve as a valuable platform for students. They also help identify and nurture potential scientific talents, providing a foundation for talent training and development. Moreover, these efforts offer practical solutions to pressing issues posed by real-world challenges.
In the 2023–2024 academic year, the Faculty of Pharmacy actively participated in the university-wide student scientific research movements and achieved commendable results. Specifically, 33 research projects were undertaken, involving the participation of 71 students.
According to the University's decision on the recognition of evaluation results and the awarding of student scientific research projects for the 2023–2024 academic year, all 33 projects successfully passed multiple rounds of evaluation and were awarded at the university level. Specifically, the results include: 6 First Prizes (10 students), 12 Second Prizes (30 students), 14 Third Prizes (31 students), and 1 Consolation Prize (1 student).
Once again, the Faculty of Pharmacy wants to extend its congratulations to the award-winning students. This achievement serves as a foundation for further development of your current experiences and skills, marking a significant milestone in your student journey while contributing new knowledge and value to society.
The Faculty of Pharmacy hopes that in the upcoming academic year, students will continue to produce high-quality research topics that contribute to solving pressing issues in the fields of Biology, Chemistry, and Pharmacy. This will enrich the university's student research activities and lead to further awards at various levels of competition.
